Change process:

Delivered by you at the address of 25th Martiou Square, Loutraki, 20300.
Send your product by courier to the above address. If the return does not concern a defective product or a mistake of the Company, the shipment will be at the expense of the customer.
Please be advised that the KONSTANTINA Store is not responsible for any loss or destruction of the product when transferring the refund.

REMOVAL - RETURN
Within 5 calendar days of the purchase day and only with proof of purchase.
The product and its packaging are in their original condition.Rings that have been modified to your custom size and pendants or identity bracelets that have been engraved will not be changed or returned.
Return Procedure:

Delivery from you at the address of 25th March Square, Loutraki 20300.
Send by you by courier to the above address at the expense of the customer.
If only the above two conditions apply, you will be refunded by depositing an account to us within 10 days of returning the product to the company.
